Boruto fillers are before anything happened so most audience left that doesn't read manga.
Honestly Boruto Fights and Characters are very very boring, boruto is super annoying as a kid, no story build up, no epic ost. This show is dead. Only talk about anime, i don't want to hear "manga is really good"- f*** that s#!t

naruto was an annoying brat until the chunin exams, so was boruto. boruto has not been an annoying brat since the momoshiki arc, dude literally attempted suicide to stop a war which could have still happened after his death. He is way more mature than even naruto was in early shippuuden why do people still say he acts like a brat after all these episodes?

Boruto started as cheater who lied to his friends. You can compare that to Naruto any day.
He became mature after meeting Naruto's past. There is nothing new of his own personality that felt good

These episode of Boruto aren't even categorised as "fillers" that's my main point. In Naruto I know which episode to watch and which to skip
Besides I'm not interested in 2 min good action scenes, I like epic story build up before a fight starts.

it is canon to the anime there isnt filler because some arcs connect to each other and even influence the future of some additional changes in arcs in the manga like anime only characters being introduced later on in the manga

I wish they actually made some of the character development actual cannon lately. Reread the manga and yes, I feel like it's missing. There is far more action in the manga, but the character development? Well they train somehow, but personality? Nah. And even while this arc is airing, they made Himawari a stay at home child doing nothing but running to the door when someone comes back home...

I actually like this filler arc. We don't see Himawari too much. I'm interested which classmate it is. It definitely the one that doesn't stick out.
